REGISTRATION

The registration form duly filled in all respects should be returned to the school along with the required documents and registration fee before the last date of submission of registration forms.

Necessary documents required for registration:-
  • Registration form
  • Photo copies of the following documents should be attached with the form.
  • Birth certificate (Issued by the registrar of birth / death of Municipal Corporation).

Transfer certificate for class-III onwards is Compulsory

Character Certificate from school previously attended for class VIII onwards. Originals of the above will be required for Verication at the time of admission only.

Submission

The duly filled registration form should be submitted to the school office on the scheduled dates between 10:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M with a latest passport size photograph of child and parents. An attested photo copy of the original date of birth certificate issued by concern departments is to be submitted in the school.

  • No photocopy of forms will be accepted
  • No exchange of forms is permitted.
Admission Process

Admission to classes Nursery to VIII will be granted on the basis of observation cum interaction. Presence of both the parents during this interaction is mandatory

The parents of those candidates who have been selected for admission will have to contact the school office for the completion of admission formalities by depositing the required fee and necessary documents within the date mentioned in the Registration form. Age Criteria of the candidates as recorded in the birth certicate, will determine the eligibility for admission to a particular class.

General Rules

The School does not hold any responsibility for Transport of students commuting by their own vehicles or using private transport

The School authorities shall not be responsible for unnatural calamities sudden illness or any accident of the school bus. The management does not owe any liability to whatsoever of any damage.

Students should be punctual and regular and should have 90% of attendance mandatorily for the promotion of the student to enter into the next class. Medical certificate need to be produced by concerned student who suffers from any sickness. The certicate provided must be duly attested by CMO

Students have to come in school uniform daily. Anyone found in improper uniform will be imposed with fine.

2 sets of Regular Summer Uniform and 1 set of PT uniform will have to be purchased initially. The tie and belt are integral parts of the uniform and should always be worn. For detailed information please contact at School office.

Girls should keep their hair plaited (two plaits)

Boys should have their hair neatly cut and beards trimmed.

Nails should be kept shot. Applying Nail polish, tattoos or mehandi is strictly prohibited.

Wearing of any ornament is strictly prohibited.

Identity card issued by the school should be worn and displayed prominently.

Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly banned in the school campus.

Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of homework will justify disciplinary action.

Any damage to the school property will be dealt with strictly and will incur a monetary ne apart from disciplinary action. Disobedience and misbehaviour towards staff members or repeated breaking of schools or behaviour objectionable to the good tone of the school and even outside the school premises will deserve severe punishment or even dismissal if warnings are ignored.

Immorality, bad conduct grave insubordination contempt of authorities or willful damage to property is always sufcient reason for immediate dismissal.

Every student must bring School Diary to school daily in order to take signs regards to the daily homework and other instructions from the concerned class teachers. Further, few more general instructions pertaining to the school regulations and the code of conduct will be detailed in the School Almanac.
